  1. Where is my package located? After placing your order, it takes on average 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and 3-7 ( Mon-Fri) working days before your order is delivered. If these deadlines have passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact our customer service.

  2. Where can I find my Track & Trace code? Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. Also check your spam folder, because sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.

  3. How can I track the progress of my order? You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number that you received via email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

  4. I'm not satisfied with my package. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning your package.
