The Flame Shape LED Lamp has a long lifespan compared to traditional lighting solutions. The average lifespan of this product is up to 50,000 operating hours or 100,000 operating hours or more. That is 2-4 times longer than most fluorescent, metal halide, and even sodium vapour lamps. It is more than 40 times longer than the average incandescent bulb.

The flame-shaped LED lamp consumes very little power and is safer than incandescent bulbs. The biggest danger with lighting is the emission of heat. This LED Lamp emits almost no forward heat, while traditional incandescent bulbs convert more than 90% of the total energy used to power them directly into heat. This means that only 10% of the energy consumed by incandescent bulbs is used for light (making them extremely inefficient compared to LEDs), and because LEDs consume less energy, they can effectively operate on low voltage power systems. These are generally much safer if something goes wrong.
